What is your return policy?
Once receiving your order you have 14 days to reach out to us if there are any issues with your order.
If you receive an item you believe to be faulty, please email us at hello@thefiveequines.co.uk and someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and they will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class tracked.
If ordered after 2pm on a weekday the order will leave the following day. Orders placed on a weekend will leave on the Monday.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged import duty, taxes and fees by the customs department in your country. Duty is payable whenever goods are imported and it is the importer that is liable for this and any other fees added by the individual customs department. If you require further information please contact your country’s customs department before you order.
